This vest is more to help people rather than the dog.
This is a simple vest with adjustable straps (no channels for a halo) made of a natural colored duck cloth to be "decorated" as you wish. I would suggest writing "Blind Dog" boldly across it and maybe "Approach with Care" on the sides.
Many blind dogs adapt so well to this challenge that people often do not realize that they are blind. This can present problems when among strangers and the dog is startled by a sudden touch.
